I'm never sure if I'll enjoy classics when I choose them. Because so many readers have appreciated and spoken adoringly about them for so long, I'm afraid I'll be disappointed if I don't enjoy it.
In this case, however, that is not the case. From the outset, I was completely absorbed in Dorian's story. The narrative was well-crafted. And be warned: there are a few twists and turns in the plot. And that adds a whole other level of intrigue. To be honest, I wasn't expecting this story from a classic. But now I see why so many people adore this novel, particularly Dorian Gray.
The guy has a lot of Grey shades to him, and he's a nasty character, but you can't help but feel sorry for him. I was a little enraged at Lord Henry for influencing him in the wrong direction, but then I understood that whether or not we are influenced is entirely up to us, and whether or not the individual simply wants someone to blame for their actions.

The first episode itself grabs the viewer's attention to the different characters such as Steven, author and Marc. And it has a very dark and Egyptian theme which director has brought out fantastically. The action sequence is amazing and the ending gives the audience to imagine what happens in the next episode. The cinematographer has used multiple angles for the audience to look at the scene where I found this was when moon knight was fighting the Egyptian jackel .
But I did have some questions about why was moon knight's suit look like mummy warnings. Because the process of mummyfication involves removing the organs then they are wrapped, but it does gives moon knight a unique look.
The second episode of moon knight was absolutely brilliant from the start. The action sequences were terrific and both Ethan and Oscar had really gotten into their characters.
In this episode I also had some questions about how can Steven also summon the suit, I think that the director could have represented it some where in the episode
I Just finished watching the 3rd episode it is brilliant and the director has really got the Egyptian vibe right. The ending leaves us with a question mark what will happen next and that is what I expected.
Just finished watching the 4th episode of moon knight and it really blew my mind they introduced the Egyptian priest and how the cut the body open, this part I enjoyed as it had a bit of gore and action, then we see the real side of harrow and how he shoots Marc, and it starts to get weird as we can see a dimension where both Marc and Steven meet and the ending leaves with a question mark what will happen next by showing a hippo faced human/ creature.
The four episodes which I have watched is three amazing and there is a lot of contrast when comparing it to wandavison, falcon and winter solider, loki and hawkeye.
All I wanted was for this to actually feel like less of a superhero movie and more of an actual mystery-thriller with a superhero veneer. I wanted to avoid the whole "Winter Soldier is a political thriller/Ant-Man is a heist movie/etc" sort of thing and really commit to it like they did with Joker being a dark character-study drama.
Sounds like they hit the right mark.

Till date, I can easily claim that no book ever terrified me to the very core of my soul, well yes, until I read 1984 by George Orwell. The very masterpiece and the final book of George Orwell is nothing short of a disturbing accounts of human world. Earlier to this I had read Animal Farm by Orwell and absolutely loved it, I even rated it a complete 5 stars, yes it had that of an impact. This book is nothing soft of his other work, it's dark, unpleasant and has almost every element of disturbing qualities. But don't mistake me, it sure is a masterpiece and another 5 star rated book from the great George Orwell.
