Spoiler içeriyor it's a difficult movie to interpret because everything is already summarized wonderfully in the movie. it is a great movie that teaches us to look at life from different perspectives and draw our own path. if i were to summarize…devamıit's a difficult movie to interpret because everything is already summarized wonderfully in the movie. it is a great movie that teaches us to look at life from different perspectives and draw our own path. if i were to summarize the movie myself, perhaps the quote that best summarizes the entire movie, i would use the phrase "carpe diem" that mr. keating constantly says and gives an important message to everyone. apart from that, the film explains everything else beautifully, such as when mr. keating tells his students: "when you think you know something, look at it from a different perspective." sometimes, to truly see the truth, we need to change our perspective. for example, if we only look at a mountain from one point, we can’t see its entire shape, size, or different sides. however, when we have guides like keating who make us see things differently and when we change our position and look at it from various angles, we realize that the mountain is much bigger and different than we thought at first. similarly, when we evaluate something or an idea from only one angle, we can understand its true meaning when we consider it from different perspectives. the book-tearing scene was shocking, but later, the film beautifully shows the purpose behind tearing the books — that we shouldn’t accept information without questioning it. understanding something is more important than memorizing it. the power of poetry, the main theme of the film, emerges here. the film says that poetry is different from everything else because poetry exists not only to live but also to add meaning to life. as mr. keating says: "medicine, law, business, engineering are noble professions necessary for life. but poetry, beauty, love, romance... these are what we live for." mr. keating is not just a teacher; he is a source of inspiration, an idol to his students. but unfortunately, it is not always easy for people to follow their dreams, as seen in neil's story. he wants to become an actor despite the pressure from his family, but he faces many obstacles along the way. still, the film is powerful in conveying these emotions to the audience. this really reminds us of the difference between living and existing. in the final scene, we see the students saying goodbye to their guide, mr. keating, who shows the students the deeper meaning hidden in the poem. at that moment, the students stood up and reacted, because they did not want to say goodbye to the person who taught them the real truth. unlike what they were taught, he showed them the importance of following their own truths. and that’s exactly what the film is telling us, leaving us with an unforgettable ending.
